Hi, my name is Kamilla, and with over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, I have learned one thing: Not all products are created equal – especially not for extensions and wigs. When we started developing the Royal Hair products, we knew we wanted to create something unique, something that truly made a difference for both the hair and the scalp. This is the story of how we spent an entire year perfecting our products to ensure the best care for our customers.
Why we developed our own products
After many years in the industry, we saw a clear pattern: Most shampoos and conditioners are made for natural hair, not for extensions or wigs. This often led to the hair losing its shine, the bonds weakening, or the scalp becoming irritated. Many of the products contained harmful ingredients that weakened the hair's quality over time.
We wanted to create a solution – products that are not only gentle but also effective. Products specially developed for the unique needs of hair, providing nourishment, protection, and extending the lifespan of extensions and wigs.
How we did it
Developing the Royal Hair products was not an easy task. We started by testing a variety of ingredients, and I personally ensured that each ingredient had a purpose. Everything we removed and added had one goal: to be as gentle as possible without compromising on results.
We removed: ❌ Sulfates – which dry out the hair and weaken the bonds. ❌ Silicones – which can form a film and prevent nutrients from penetrating the hair. ❌ Alcohol-based ingredients – which can cause irritation in the scalp.
We added: ✅ Biotin – to strengthen hair and the scalp. ✅ Proteins – to nourish and repair hair. ✅ Natural oils – to provide moisture without weighing hair down.
The result? A hair care series that is tailored for extensions and wigs, while also working wonderfully for natural hair.
